Je ov\u0161em nutno podotknout, \u017ee nen\u00ed-li pl\u00e1tcem zdravotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed i st\u00e1t (studenti, po\u017eivatel\u00e9 d\u016fchodu \u010di rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku), je povinnost\u00ed si platit zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jako osoba bez zdaniteln\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f. Vhodn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je pravideln\u00fd \u00faklid, administrativn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce \u010di zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fa\u010detnictv\u00ed.&nbsp;Rozsah pr\u00e1ce nesm\u00ed v&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011bru p\u0159ekro\u010dit polovinu stanoven\u00e9 t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby.&nbsp;Zdravotn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se neplat\u00ed do v\u00fd\u0161e 3 000 K\u010d. A pro zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed op\u011bt plat\u00ed pravidlo jako u p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9 dohody.&nbsp;P\u0159i zdan\u011bn\u00ed tak\u00e9 vych\u00e1z\u00edme z&nbsp;podepsan\u00e9ho \u010di nepodepsan\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed k&nbsp;dani a z&nbsp;limitu pro placen\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.
